This Notice informs you about the data processing carried out through the website (hereinafter, the “Website”), although it may link or redirect to other websites and/or platforms owned by the NTT DATA Group or third parties with specialized content (such as sectorial services), with sections or forms that specifically regulate the processing of information obtained through them.

2. What data do we process?

The personal data that we process comes from the information that you as a User (“User”) provide us by answering the Questionnaire that you will find on the Website, such as name and surname, e-mail, image, year of birth, gender, country of origin and the answers collected in the Questionnaire.                                       

In relation to the processing of your image, it will only be processed at the time of the Questionnaire to answer some of the questions and obtain the augmented reality experience and, at a later time, to create your characterization and be able to take a screenshot of it. At the time of such experience and characterization, the User’s consent is requested to access the camera (without microphone).

We only collect the data necessary for each purpose. Please note that if you do not provide the required information, you may not be able to complete the Questionnaire or receive the result of the digital profile at the end of the Questionnaire.

3. For what purpose do we process your personal data?
Your personal data are processed to:

a. Enable the realization of the Questionnaire and provide the result of the digital profile (hereinafter, the “Document”) according to your answers, recommending you studies and/or competences to develop according to your digital professional profile.  Once you have completed the Questionnaire, your data will be processed anonymously for the study of the “employee of the future”.

b. In relation to the processing of your image, it will only be processed at the time of the Questionnaire to answer some of the questions and obtain the augmented reality experience and, at a later time, to create your characterization and be able to take a screenshot of it.

c. Manage commercial communications or newsletters through any channel, including electronic means (email and web notifications) about news, courses, activities, own or third-party events, products, services, offer s and promotions related to the activities developed by NTT Data México and/or NTT DATA Group, according to the consents provided.

Please note that if you contact us through our social media profiles, your data will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Notice and the privacy notices of the social network used.

4. What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent given expressly and for each of the purposes expressed.

Remember that you can revoke your consent at any time. You may also object to continue receiving commercial communications in the manner indicated in the footer of each communication.

5. How long will we keep your data?

Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and specifically:  

a. In relation to the realization of the Questionnaire, they will be kept as long as necessary for the realization of the Questionnaire and until the Document is generated according to your answers.  Once the Questionnaire has been completed, your data will be processed anonymously for the study of the “employee of the future”.

b. Regarding the processing of your image, it will be kept as long as it is necessary for the realization of the Questionnaire and at a later time, for your characterization. Once the interaction is completed, your image will be deleted.

c. In relation to the sending of communications, the data will be processed until you revoke your consent or request the deletion of your personal data.

6. To which recipients will your data be communicated?

The personal data provided may be communicated to NTT DATA Group companies and related foundations, some of which are located outside the European Economic Area, with administrative purposes or with the purpose of sending electronic communications, in the event you provided the corresponding consent. You can find an updated list of these entities on the NTT DATA Spain website.

We also inform you that your data may be communicated to Data Processors, such as technology providers, some of whom have data processing and/or support centers located outside of Mexico.

We guarantee that when your data may leave Mexico or your country of origin, the same protection level shall be maintained based on compliance with the provisions of Mexican and European data protection regulation. In this regard, international transfers of data shall be carried out based on the provision of adequate guarantees such as standard contractual clauses or biding corporate standards or by virtue of the authorization of the competent authority or control body or under other conditions provided for in the regulation.

Finally, we inform you that we use social connectors, that is, third-party plugins (applications) that allow you to connect this Website with social networks and other similar services (Twitter, Facebook or others) to access the profiles of NTT DATA México in such social networks.

The use of such connectors is voluntary. If you choose to use them, you will be authorizing the communication of your personal data (IP address, navigation data) to those social networks and NTT DATA México will not be liable for the further processing that they can do with your data. We recommend that you visit the terms and conditions of use of such platforms prior to your interaction in social networks with the corporate pages of NTT DATA México, in order to obtain detailed information.

7. Safety measures

We are committed to keeping your personal data secure, taking all reasonable measures to do so. We implement all necessary organizational and technical measures in accordance with the regulations in force against any unauthorized access and modification, disclosure, loss or destruction. We demand and legally bind our service providers who may handle your personal data to do the same.

8. What are your rights?

You can request confirmation from NTT DATA México regarding whether your personal data are being processed and, if so, you may access them. You may also request the rectification of inaccurate data or, if applicable, request their erasure where, among other reasons, the data are not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

In certain circumstances it is possible to request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only retain them for processing claims and/or responding to complaints.

You may revoke your consent at any time. Once the revocation has been exercised, it will not be retroactive unless otherwise required by law, and your data may be kept blocked for the prescription periods established by the applicable regulations.

Remember that you may also object to the processing of your data, particularly with respect to commercial communications, in which case we will not process the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
